Please avoid bringing valuables (jewellery, large amounts of cash, expensive electronics). If brought, it will be at your own risk.
Report to our Main Admission Desk on arrival.
A Guest Relations Executive will assist with form-filling and paperwork.
Once completed, you’ll be escorted to your room.
All clinical decisions will be managed by your consulting doctor.

Submit your pre-authorisation form (available at our Insurance Help Desk or online).
Confirm coverage limits and co-payment liabilities with your TPA or insurer.
Kindly deposit ₹5000 to cover non-admissible charges.
Bring original documents and ID at the time of admission.
Please deposit based on your room category:
Suite/Deluxe Room: ₹40,000
Single Room: ₹30,000
Twin Sharing: ₹25,000
ICU/ICCU admissions: ₹40,000 at the time of admission.
For surgeries: please deposit the estimated cost at least 3 hours prior to the procedure.
Personal expenses like attendant food, phone use, or home medication are charged separately.
For billing updates, visit or contact the Billing Department.
Submit a valid Letter of Guarantee from your employer at the time of admission.
Uncovered personal charges will be billed separately.
Your doctor will advise your expected discharge date and aftercare plan.
Discharge time is 12 noon.
If discharge instructions are delayed and given on the same day, preparation may take up to 4 hours.
Discharges post 4 PM will incur a full-day bed charge.
Kindly coordinate with the Ward Secretary for smoother processing.
If needed, we can arrange our ambulance service to take you home.
Cashless patients: Ensure that your TPA provides final authorization on time to avoid delays or extra charges.
Visitors must carry a valid Visitor’s Pass, available at the main reception.
Visiting Hours:
General Wards: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Critical Care Units: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Children are allowed only on Sundays, accompanied by an adult.
In special cases, the Nurse-in-Charge or doctor may limit visitation for patient safety.
Extra companions in single occupancy rooms may be chargeable (subject to approval).
Smoking or use of candles/incense is strictly prohibited.
Parking regulations must be followed.
Overnight parking will be charged separately.Our Patient Services Team is here to guide you with anything you need — admission support, insurance coordination, billing queries, or discharge planning.
We believe that a well-planned discharge is just as important as your treatment. Our team is here to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition back to your home.
Your consulting doctor and nursing team will inform you in advance about the expected date of discharge and guide you on post-hospital care or follow-up if required.
To avoid unnecessary delay or charges, we request that discharge orders be placed by your doctor a day prior to your planned discharge.
If the discharge process begins on the same day, please allow up to 4 hours for final paperwork and billing to be completed.
We request all patients to vacate their room by 12 noon to avoid an extra half-day charge.
Discharges after 4:00 PM will be billed as an additional full day.

To ensure a hassle-free discharge, please make sure your TPA sends the Final Letter of Guarantee on time. This helps avoid delays and additional charges during your release.
